The scene of the accident today
An elderly man suffered head and leg injuries in an accident with a lorry in Bradford city centre today.
The incident occurred near the In Plaice fish and chip shop at the junction of Sunbridge Road and Tyrrel Street at about 10.15am.
The injured man, who had been walking across Sunbridge Road, was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital.
