Bowling: single-storey side extension comprising a disabled WC/shower room and bedroom, 17 Old Farm Crescent, Flockton Road. Bowling: siting of two stacked Portacabins, Unit 1A Bolling Road Industrial Estate, Linton Street. Bradford Moor: construction of front dormer window, 88 Folkestone Street. Bradford Moor: installation of new shop front, external staircase, internal extraction system and rebuilding of existing single-storey to rear, 25 Leeds Old Road. Bradford Moor: single-storey extension to rear, 493 Barkerend Road. Buttershaw: installation of four silos, land south of Bulmer & Lumb Limited, Royds Hall Lane. Buttershaw: two-storey extension to side of property, 40 Abb Scott Lane.
City centre: demolition of boundary wall and rebuilding of boundary wall with gate and railings, Jubilee Centre, Jermyn Street. City centre: omission of the ‘shop front’ curtain walling at ground-floor level, in its place we propose to utilise the blockwork infill panels currently constructed as temporary works and finish with a smooth render (amendment to permission 09/04235/FUL dated 20/10/2009), The Judicial Complex, The Tyrls. City centre: retrospective application for partial demolition of existing building and change of use from B1 office to B8 storage and distribution, Unit 16 Bowland Street Industrial Estate, Bowland Street.
Clayton: use of land for parking and storage of wagons and trailers, Fall Top Farm, Brow Lane. Eccleshill: two-storey rear extension, 41 Loxley Close. Girlington: two-storey rear extension and front porch, 28 Agar Street.
Great Horton: construction of access with new windows and door, 10 Dirkhill Road. Great Horton: construction of first-floor side extension, 10 Ashton Avenue. Great Horton: front dormer window, 15 Waverley Place. Great Horton: installation of steel staircase painted black and construction of new rear door at first floor level, 567 Great Horton Road. Great Horton: raise roof height to form two bedrooms and shower room in roof space with front and rear dormers, 1208 Great Horton Road.
Heaton: change of use of former bus terminus to satellite private hire booking office for pick-up only, land north-east Squire Lane junction Duckworth Lane. Heaton: construction of single-storey side extension to accommodate disabled facilities, 35 Branksome Crescent. Heaton: conversion of loft, addition of dormer windows and raising of existing roof, 116 Leylands Lane. Heaton: extended single-storey side splayed extension to meet corner, 2 Thorn Drive. Heaton: extension to existing surface car park to rear of police station, West Yorkshire Police Authority, Lawcroft House, Lilycroft Road.
Holme Wood: demolition of single-storey brick/flat roofed nursery unit, Nursery Unit, Ryecroft Primary School, Kesteven Close. Horton Bank Top: rear extension replacing existing garage and utility room, 18 Lawrence Drive. Idle: second-floor extension including increasing roof height and addition of roof lights, 37 Fairhaven Green.
