Young people have been recognised for helping to plant 72 trees, 149 fruit bushes and 42 flowering plants in the Allerton and Lower Grange areas of Bradford.
Residents contributed to the young people’s efforts in a project organised by Bradford YMCA with funding from the Big Lottery Fund.
Those who contributed were awarded certificates at Lower Grange Community Centre.
Rachel Deadman, of the YMCA’s Community Space Challenge, said: “We’re delighted to have worked with Bradford Council and The Tree Council to run these projects.”
