New boundary marker stones have been installed in Queensbury.
Waste management company the Leo Group, based at nearby Swalesmoor, provided the boulders, located at each of the main roads into the village, with money from its new Community Fund Grant.
Groups in the area, in particular those working with children and young people, can apply for up to £2,500 from the fund.
Brian Maguire, property manager for the Leo Group, said: “We have set up this fund in order to give something back to the community we work and operate in.’’ Groups interested in finding out more about the fund should write to The Leo Group Community Fund, Leo Group Ltd, Swalesmoor Road, Halifax HX3 6UF.
