Ilkley author Martyn Bedford met members of a teenage reading group, who were treated to readings from his first novel for young people.
The novelist and creative writing tutor, a former journalist on the Telegraph & Argus, was at Bradford Central Library reading from Flip, about a 14-year-old boy who wakes up to find himself in a different bedroom, in an unfamiliar house full of strangers.
Six months have disappeared and, when he looks in the mirror, he has the face of another boy.
Mr Bedford is the author of five novels for adults; Acts of Revision, Exit, Orange and Red, The Houdini Girl, Black Cat and The Island of Lost Souls.
