Jabbar Hussain, aged 31, of Duckworth Terrace, Heaton; failure to notify change of circumstances, 12 months’ community order, 80 hours’ unpaid work, £100 costs. Darren Paul Woods, aged 35, of Sandmead Close, Holme Wood; two counts of failure to notify change of circumstances, £270 fine, £115 costs.

Patrick John Loben, aged 39, of St Paul’s Road, Manningham; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of vehicle interference and criminal damage dealt with, jailed for six weeks.

Andrew Geoffrey Phelps, aged 46, of Meadway, Woodside; dishonestly failed to give prompt notification of change of circumstances, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs. Mohammed Sarwar, aged 36, of Elwyn Road, West Bowling; failure to licence property, £500 fine, £865 costs. Sheikh Mohammed Yaseen, aged 43, of Hastings Terrace, West Bowling; smoking in a smoke-free place, £150 fine, £340.66 costs.

Safeer Mohammed Bashir, aged 28, of Whetley Hill, Manningham; failure to comply with requirements of community order, dealt with for the original offences; original offences of possession of Class C drugs dealt with, £30 fine, £80 costs.
