Rafakat Khan, aged 24, of Lindley Road, Little Horton; obstructing a police officer, driving without a licence, two counts of driving with defective tyre, driving without MOT, driving with defective light, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, £300 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months; failure to surrender to custody, detained in court house.

Dean Hale, aged 32, of Bierley House Avenue, Bierley; failure to stop after an accident, £100 fine, £80 costs, licence endorsed; failure to report an accident, driving without due care and attention, no separate penalty. Aaron Otis James, aged 30, of Leeds Road, Thornbury; drink-driving, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, 12 months’ community order, 40 hours’ unpaid work, £65 costs, banned from driving for 36 months.

Adrian Padgett, aged 31, of Wingfield Street, Pollard Park; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of theft dealt with, four weeks’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew.
