A 39-year-old man appeared in Court today accused of murdering a man whose body was found burning in a public park.
Jason Lowther is accused of killing a person who has not yet been identified in Bradford.
The body was discovered on a bonfire in Pit Hill Park, off Holme Wood, Bradford, by firefighters.
Lowther, of Peverell Close, Holme Wood, is also charged with perverting the course of justice.
He was remanded in custody and will appear before Bradford Crown Court tomorrow..
Levi Ibbotson, 32, of Wenborough Lane, Bradford, also appeared before magistrates in the city charged with perverting the course in justice in relation to the same incident.
Ibbotson was also remanded in custody to appear before the crown court tomorrow.
