Great Horton: rear extension to include disabled shower room, 104 Aberdeen Place. Heaton: single storey extension, 9 Duchy Avenue. Heaton: construction of double storey side extension, 24 Duchy Drive.
Heaton: application for previously granted temporary car parking (application reference number 10/00138/FUL) to become permanent including alterations to the car park to reduce the footprint and the number of spaces, providing greater landscaping around the existing trees and reducing car parking adjacent to the affected residential property, Heaton Mount, Bradford University School of Management, Keighley Road.
Heaton: two storey extension to side of detached house in place of existing single storey garage, 13 Branksome Crescent. Heaton: retrospective application for dormers to front and rear elevations, 19 Heidelberg Road.
Ilkley: non-material amendment to planning approval 06/02519/FUL (redevelopment of former school as an assisted living community for approximately 150 people, including new residential blocks, communal facilities, parking and landscaping) to carry out minor changes on Block 4 to the roof, elevation and fenestration and add a timber framed balcony structure, former site of Clevedon House Victuallers School, Ben Rhydding Drive. Ilkley: decking to rear, 315 Leeds Road.
Keighley: variation of condition 3 on planning application 07/02235/COU to allow to attract customers and use waiting room for the private hire booking office, 34 Albert Yard, Church Street. Keighley: extension to existing mezzanine floor, Unit 4 Keighley Retail Park, Hard Ings Road.
Keighley: refurbishment to customer entrances and new rear service doors and ramp, MFI Retail Limited, Unit 4 Alston Retail Park, Alston Road. Keighley: retrospective application for change of use from garage to living room and dormer roof, 8 Springfield Road.
Keighley: retrospective application for alterations to shop windows, 8-10 Arctic Street. Keighley: internally illuminated box sign to fascia of building with company logo, Gesipa Blind Riveting Systems Limited, Dalton Lane.
Keighley: demolition of existing garage and relocation, with construction of playroom and dining room extension, 22 High Spring Road, Thwaites Brow. Keighley: construction of single storey side and rear extensions and porch to front, 12 Worth Avenue.
