Bolton: porch to front and one storey extension to side, 3 Geraldton Avenue. Bowling: revised landform and layout for Phase One, land north of Neville Road. Bowling: retain the placed fill within the Phase Two area for a five year temporary period, Thomas Crompton Limited, Neville Road. Buttershaw: construction of conservatory and construction of two storey extension to front to replace existing entrance porch, 31 Clydesdale Drive. Buttershaw: storage for existing business and associated hard surfacing, Bleu Properties Ltd, Buttershaw Works, Buttershaw Lane.
City centre: non material amendment to alterations to approval 10/04336/FUL dated 25/05/10: additional two six-bed cluster flats and communal facilities to student development to include the repositioning of windows in the rear brick elevation and the repositioning of openable windows and doors in the front elevation curtain walling, the relocation of the laundry to the first floor has also required and relocation of the colour coated louvers, internally the lift and stair design has evolved in line with these changes to meet comments from Building Control, former site of Business and Innovation Centre, Angel Way.
City centre: renewal of planning approval 08/01306/FUL dated 29/05/08: construction of 25 apartments and two retail units at ground floor, car park junction of Westgate, Grattan Road. Denholme: construction of detached dwelling, land at Copper Kettle, Brighouse Road. Denholme: change of use of barn into two dwellings with adjoining amenity space and car parking, Fieldhead Farm, Keighley Road.
