Herris Zulffkar, aged 23, of Lynton Grove, Heaton; failure to attend initial drug assessment, six months’ conditional discharge. Shiraz Rabnawaz, aged 24, of Devonshire Terrace, Manningham; failure to comply with community order, order varied with the addition of 12 hours’ unpaid work. David Ryan Holroyd, aged 32, of Wycliffe Road, Shipley; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, £70 fine, £85 costs.
Ali Akbar, aged 57, of Bolingbroke Street, Marshfields; driving while using a hand-held mobile phone, £175 fine, £635 costs, licence endorsed. Samantha Gandy, aged 25, of Lastingham Green, Buttershaw; four counts of failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence, order varied by addition of drug rehabilitation requirement, £100 fine, detention until Court rises. Richard Davey Jefferson, aged 35, of Windsor Court, Broomfields; failure to comply with community order, order to continue with added residence requirement. Jaroslav Kudrac, aged 32, of Estcourt Road, Lidget Green; driving without insurance, £100 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed; driving without a licence, no separate penalty.
Doriusz Wisniewski, aged 31, of Harewood Street, Barkerend; theft, jailed for four months. Mushahid Akhtar, aged 31, of Fairbank Road, Girlington; resisting a police officer, £75 fine, £215 costs; failure to surrender to custody, £25 fine. Saifur Rahman Choudhury, aged 33, of Little Horton Lane, Little Horton; assault, 18 months’ conditional discharge, £50 compensation, £85 costs. Lee John Graham, aged 28, of Little Horton Lane, Little Horton; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of theft, jailed for two months; two counts of theft, jailed for two months; committing offence during period of suspended sentence, dealt with for the original offences of theft and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, jailed for four months suspended for 12 months.
James Michael Metcalfe, aged 21, of Leeds Road, Eastbrook; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of taking a car without the consent of the owner, 12 months’ community order made with 100 hours’ unpaid work. Asif Khan, aged 22, of Sir Isaac Holden Place, Listerhills; driving without insurance, £120 fine, £190 costs, licence endorsed. Michael Adolphus Mullings, aged 38, of Walker Avenue, Scholemoor; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offences of criminal damage and committing a further offence during the period of a conditional discharge, order revoked, £45 costs, community order made with curfew.
