A Bradford school has been given a Variety Club Children’s Charity Sunshine Coach to help its pupils get out and about.
Students at Challenge College got to see their new coach for the first time when it was presented by the school’s corporate sponsor Interlink Express..
This year the Yorkshire committee of the Variety Club is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Over the years companies have given money towards Sunshine coaches. Challenge College head teacher Sian Harris said: “It’s fantastic that we now have our very own coach which has been specially adapted for wheelchair users.”
