Dieter James Thorp, aged 42, of Birk Lea Street, West Bowling; failure to comply with notification requirements under Sexual Offences Act, 18 months’ community order, 150 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs. Wayne Ian Lloyd Evans, aged 43, of Huddersfield Road, Wyke; drink-driving, £205 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 12 months.
Faisal Khan, aged 44, of Oak Villas, Manningham; possession of a knife, jailed for 12 weeks. Rafeez Raja, aged 19, of Waverley Road, Great Horton; using threatening or insulting words or behaviour, assault of PC, failure to surrender to custody, 12 months’ community order, 150 hours’ unpaid work, £250 costs. Genna Claire Fearnley, aged 22, of Manchester Road, Bankfoot; failure to comply with suspended sentence order, suspended sentence imposed, jailed for four months. Mohammed Safier Akhbar, aged 21, of Glenrose Drive, Lidget Green; possession of cannabis, £350 fine, £100 costs. Ashley Allen Calvert, aged 20, of Boyd Avenue, Thornbury; theft, £65 fine, £65 costs.
Lukasz Kazmierski, aged 25, of St Paul’s Road, Manningham; failure to attend initial drug assessment, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs. Zakir Nawaz, aged 18, of Bridgwater Road, Heaton; possession of cannabis and cocaine, 12 months’ community order, 60 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs. Mark Anthony Scott, aged 35, of Manningham Lane, Manningham; failure to comply with community order, order revoked and dealt with for original offences of possession of knife, theft, failure to surrender, to custody, jailed for six weeks.
