Eldwick: construction of a conservatory to the rear of the property, 70 Timble Drive. Gilstead: demolition of existing garage and construction of new attached garage with living accommodation above, 96 Agincourt Drive.
Heaton: dormer to front and rear, 33 Marriners Drive. Heaton: single-storey extensions and conservatories to both properties, 35 and 37 Frizinghall Road. Heaton: two-storey and single-storey extension to the side and rear of the property, 8 Wheatlands Crescent.
Ilkley: construction of a free standing timber gazebo, 337 Leeds Road. Ilkley: construction of raised decking and fence, Holme Dene, 7 Greystones, Ben Rhydding Road. Keighley: demolition of single storey garage and construction of two-storey side extension and first-floor extension over existing balcony, render existing house to match extension and external alterations to existing property, 9 Dimples Lane, East Morton. Keighley: extension to rear of existing garage, 8 Lees Bank Hill, Cross Roads. Keighley: two non-illuminated fascia signs, Unit 2 Ingrow Mills, Ingrow Lane. Manningham: two-storey rear extension with garage at basement level, 17 Grandage Terrace. Menston: construction of single and two-storey side extensions including new dormer to existing roof with standing terrace to west elevation, external door and window alterations, internal reconfigure, replacement detached garage, 22 Derry Hill.
Menston: construction of single-storey extension to side, enlarged porch to entrance, solid roof to existing sunroom, external chimney and three velux rooflights, 3 Park Way. Menston: single-storey extension connecting existing dwelling to ancillary building, formation of first-floor en-suite dormer and extension of existing roof, internal alterations and formation of external terraces and erection of electric entrance gates, Fairmount, Clarence Drive.
Riddlesden: new-build three-bed detached bungalow in a plot formerly part of 8 Scott Lane, this permission would replace the existing permission for a three-bed detached house on the same plot (08/04620/FUL), 8 Scott Lane. Saltaire: replacement of upstairs rear sash window, exact replacement and materials planned with replacement of rotten/rusted downpipes to the rear of the property, 18 Dove Street.
