Youngsters at a Bradford school have created a road safety banner to warn parents of the dangers of speeding and poor parking.
The poster will be displayed outside Cavendish Primary School in Eccleshill, where pupils have taken part in speedwatch patrols and helped police officers find badly parked vehicles.
Officers have also held road safety assemblies.
Police community support officer Melanie Cropp, of the Eccleshill Neighbour-hood Policing Team, said: “We’ve been very pleased with the response from pupils at Cavendish Prim-ary who all seem to have got a lot from the road safety work and produced a poster which will hopefully strike a chord with passing drivers.
“Poor parking near schools can and does endanger youngsters and those who are caught should expect to face action.”
