A group set up to protect and promote Baildon Moor will tell a meeting about its 4,000 year history.
The Friends of Baildon Moor Group will hold its annual meeting on Monday.
Local historian Mike Lawson will give a talk about the history of the moor from its earliest settlements and their influence on the area.
Malcolm Leyland, chairman of the organisation, said: “We decided that our AGM would be a good opportunity to publicise to the people of the Bradford area the fascinating story of the settlements and the finds on the moor from the last 4,000 years and we welcome all who would like to come and hear it.”
The meeting will be held at Baildon Link, Cliffe Avenue at 7.30pm.
