Great Horton: rear kitchen extension, 16 Windermere Road. Great Horton: single storey extensions to side and rear, 1 Green Court. Heaton: non material amendments to permission: construction of two story side and single storey rear extension to extend first floor by 1.5m to be in line with ground floor, 37 Thorn Lane.
Heaton: conversion of vacant basement to meat preparation area for client to supply meat to three other businesses, 308 Keighley Road. Heaton: side and rear extension, 11 Shay Grove. Heaton; provision of prefabrication building within the Hospital Grounds to house equipment for use in connection with grounds maintenance, Osprey House, Lynfield Mount Hospital, Heights Lane.
Idle: MOT testing unit, Wrose Garage, Bradford Road. Idle: conversion of loft with rear dormer, 22 Croftlands. Ilkley: non material amendment to planning approval (re-development of former school as an assisted living community for approximately 150 people, including new residential blocks, communal facilities, parking and landscaping) to carry out minor changes on Block Four to the roof, elevation and fenestration and add a timber framed balcony structure, Clevedon House, Ben Rhydding Drive. Ilkley: renewal of permission: Construction of two new dwellings in the grounds plus replacement garage with en-suite above for the existing house and modifications to the existing house, access improvements and landscaping, 51 Curly Hill. Ilkley: single storey extension to rear, 6 Bolton Bridge Road. Ilkley: external signage to shop front, 4 Bolton Bridge Road.
Keighley: demolition of existing house and construction of three detached dwellings, Wayside Bar, House Lane. Keighley: construction of extension to side of existing works unit (previously approved), A J T Construction, Unit 6, Ingrow Bridge, South Street.
