The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Keighley: change of use of shop with office and storage accommodation above to shop with independent flat above, 74 Main Street, Haworth. Keighley: construction of two rooflights and construction of porch to front, Greenfield Cottage, 47 Bridge Street, Oakworth.
Little Horton: change of use of part of ground floor to sandwich and warm-food café and takeaway with retention of part ground floor as shop and the first floor flat, 677-681 Little Horton Lane. Little Horton: conversion of one dwelling into two dwellings, 35-37 Canterbury Avenue. Little Horton: change of use of existing two-storey retail unit to four apartments and extension and alterations to existing shop/cottages to form two dwellings, 774-780 Manchester Road.
Queensbury: site engineering works to finalise the reclamation/remediation of former quarry area and to prepare the site for residential development, followed by the residential development of 128 dwellings, Hazelhurst Quarry, Hazelhurst Road. Royds: installation of a 17.5 mini macro monpole, with six antennas, six equipment cabinets, 300m transmission link dish and ancillary development, land to rear of Unit 1, Royds Enterprise Park. Royds: retrospective application for four number security cameras, 250 Cooper Lane.
Shipley: change of use from plastic and steel drum storage and refurbishment to vehicle dismantlers and parts distributors, including demolition of warehouse building and construction of new block-work boundary wall and palisade fence, Perseverance Works, Briggate. Shipley: provision of additional lighting in churchyard and to church main entrance for night-time security and safety, Saltaire United Reformed Church, Victoria Road, Saltaire. Shipley: construction of single-storey dining room extension and covered play area, Hirst Wood Nursery School, Carlton Avenue, Saltaire.
Thornton: removal of glazing from two ground-floor window frames and replace with two aluminium louvers to match building decor, Telephone Exchange, 453 Thornton Road. Tong: non-material amendment to planning approval: construction of 46 dwellings, land east of 17 Burnham Avenue. Toller: Loft conversion including modifications to side elevation window and chimneys, dormers to front and rear and new windows to side elevation, 6 Coniston Grove.
