A doting grandma has paid tribute to her “loving and jolly” grandson who died suddenly in his sleep.
Brenda Hirst said 25-year-old Marcus Hirst’s unexpected death had rocked the close family he loved so much.
She had last seen him alive snoring in bed at the home they shared in Merrivale Road, Allerton, Bradford.
Mrs Hirst said her 6ft 5in grandson, who she had brought up for the past 13 years, was “a jolly, happy, loving person” and his death had left “a big empty void that will never be filled.”
