A thousand people turned out at Harold Park, in Low Moor, Bradford, to take part in an Easter egg hunt in the sunny weather.
Organisers of the event handed out 300 free chocolate eggs to children taking part.
Families had to hunt for letters, hidden in the park, and then form an Easter word from them to claim their prize back at the bowling hut.
Angela Tait, chairman of the organisers, the Friends of Harold Park, said: βIt has been a very successful day, enjoyed by all, and the weather has been glorious. There were a lot of happy faces, which made it worth all the effort to stage it. We are holding our gala on July 9, and we hope everyone will come back then for another fun day.β
