Hundreds of people gathered in Centenary Square, Bradford, this afternoon to celebrate the patron saint of England.
The free family event to celebrate St George’s Day was in full swing with medieval jesters, jugglers and acrobats creating a spectacle of feats and stunts.
Music was provided by the Revolution Show Corps while the Medieval Maniax were getting big laughs as they performed their mesmerising stunts.
Terry Robinson, 67, of Buttershaw, Bradford, attended with his wife Joan, 63.
The couple were enjoying all the acts as they sat in front of the bandstand in Centenary Square.
He said: “I like the idea of putting the tables and chairs out for people to sit on in front of the bandstand, it’s absolutely fantastic.
“We have enjoyed everything we have seen and heard up to now.”
