Birstall: use of building to operate MOT service, Howden Clough Industrial Estate, Leeds Road. Cleckheaton: extension and garage and formation of new access, 99 Hunsworth Lane, Hunsworth.

Cleckheaton: listed building consent for installation of security glazing and internal venetian blind to one window, 14 Bradford Road. Cleckheaton: two proposed parking spaces off new street. Heckmondwike: change of use of ground floor dwelling to shop and first floor extension to dwelling, 143 Dale Lane, White Lee Road.
