Keighley: conversion of existing garage into dining room, 22 Waterside, Oxenhope. Keighley: construction of two detached dwellings with garage block, land east of Quarry House, Green Head Avenue. Shipley: single-storey side extension, 241 Wrosecliffe Grove.

Birstall: extension to time limit to previous permission 2008/90889 for three dwellings, site off Windsor Road. Birstall: use of building to operate MOT service, Howden Clough Industrial Estate, Leeds Road. Cleckheaton: extension and garage and formation of new access, 99 Hunsworth Lane, Hunsworth.
Cleckheaton: listed building consent for installation of security glazing and internal venetian blind to one window, 14 Bradford Road. Cleckheaton: two proposed parking spaces off new street. Heckmondwike: change of use of ground floor dwelling to shop and first floor extension to dwelling, 143 Dale Lane, White Lee Road.
Heckmondwike: dormer extension, 15 Harewood Avenue. Heckmondwike: dormer window, 4 Walkley Terrace. Heckmondwike: two-storey side and rear extension with car port below, 14 Hill Top Estate. Liversedge: new store and formation of driveway, 215 Hightown Road, Hightown. Mirfield: one dwelling, land at Johnson Street, Lower Hopton. Mirfield: formation of ramp access and alterations to window, 30 Taylor Hall Lane. Westcliffe Joiners, Britton Works, Post Office Street, Rawfolds.
