Police and fire officers are investigating the cause of a blaze which badly damaged a house in Fagley, Bradford.
Firefighters spent two hours tackling the fire at Ravenscliffe Farm, in Fagley Road, Lower Fagley, on Sunday evening, after they were alerted by neighbours.
The blaze started in the lounge and spread through the ground floor of the derelict property.
A spokesman for Idle fire station said the fire was believed to have been started deliberately.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said they would be investigating the cause with the fire service.
Meanwhile, a blaze at a house in Heaton, Bradford, is believed to have been started deliberately when a pile of wood in the back garden was set alight. The flames spread to the semi-detached house in Chellow Grange Road, damaging the back of the property.
The occupants evacuated the house at about 11pm on Sunday.
