At least 17 traditional cask-conditioned ales will be on offer at a pub’s beer festival.
Emphasis will be on a selection of ales not normally found in the area during the event at the Kings Arms, Silsden.
The festival runs from next Friday until Sunday, from noon to midnight. On Saturday, at 2.30pm, the Kings Arms will receive the Pub of the Year award from the Keighley and Craven Campaign for Real Ale and there will be a “Meet the Brewer” session hosted by Wharfebank Brewery.
Kings Arms owners Francis Huggins and Lisa Keeley routinely have a minimum of five cask ales on sale throughout the year.
