The tables were turned at a primary school when two pupils became headteachers for the day.
Hannah Rashid and Hammaad Wasim took on the roles at St Mary’s Primary School, Riddlesden, as reward for their fundraising efforts on Red Nose Day.
Hannah, nine, and Hammaad, eight, and fellow youngsters and staff at the school together raised £2,682 on Red Nose Day.
“Everybody got into the spirit of the day and the amount raised was fantastic – we were delighted,” said deputy head Keith Davies.
