An ‘astronaut’ met shoppers in Bradford city centre today.
The spaceman was asking lots of people for directions to the nearest IMAX cinema, as he promoted the Hubble space-telescope 3D film.
He ended up making it to the National Media Museum just in time for a showing of the movie, at Yorkshire’s only IMAX screen.
The film is one of a selection of IMAX short films screened every day at the museum.
Museum spokesman Louise McKenzie said: “We have got a deal just now. If you buy an IMAX ticket you get to see the new CinemaMagic for free.”
