Gareth Andrew Barnes, aged 31, of Lingdale Road, Woodside; application to amend community order, granted; order varied with different curfew address. Carl Anthony Knowles, aged 26, of Tyersal Terrace, Tyersal; driving without insurance, £100 fine, £15 costs, banned from driving for six months; driving without a licence, driving without MoT, failure to produce documents, no separate penalty.

Terry Daniel Hyland, aged 35, of Leeds Road; assault, jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Tanvir Khan, aged 21, of Highfield Place, Manningham; driving without due care and attention, £50 fine, banned from driving for 56 days; driving without insurance, £100 fine, £100 costs; driving without a licence, driving without MoT, no separate penalty. Darren Lee Morris, aged 32, of Small Page, Queensbury; driving without insurance, £150 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months; driving without MoT, driving without a licence, failure to produce documents, no separate penalty.

Mark Andrew Wilkinson, aged 22, of Briarwood, Wrose; two counts of being a postman in breach of your duty and without reasonable excuse, intentionally delayed addressed postal packets and door-to-door postal packets, 12 months’ community order made with 120 hours unpaid work, £364 costs. Navtej Singh Nirwan, aged 33, of Tyersal Road, Tyersal; falsely claiming benefit, 12 months’ community order made with 100 hours’ unpaid work, £100 costs. John Paul Howe, aged 47, of Bush Hill Fold, Queensbury; five counts of failure to conduct undertaking, namely building work which involved electrical and gas installations, in such a way as to ensure that other persons who may have been affected, were not exposed to risks to their health, jailed for four months.
