Patrick Michael Brandon, aged 29, of Roy Road, Horton Bank Top; producing cannabis, 12 months’ community order, 80 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs. James Teale, aged 23, of Dixon Avenue, Scholemoor; drink-driving, £250 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 12 months.
Naveed Akhtar, aged 36, of Newport Place, Manningham; drink-driving, £100 fine, £100 costs; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. David Blake, aged 26, of Mandale Grove, Buttershaw; cultivating cannabis, 12 months’ community order, 80 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs.
Richard Kevin Duffy, aged 31, of Burnham Avenue, Bierley; drink-driving, £280 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 18 months. Jan Horvath, aged 21, of Woodroyd Road, West Bowling; two counts of theft, six months’ conditional discharge. Mohammed Nadeem, aged 27, of Ransdale Road, Little Horton; theft, six months’ community order.
Andrew Paul Ratcliffe, aged 46 of Sewell Road, Laisterdyke; drink-driving, £100 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 18 months; driving without a licence, driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Raja Rafakat Ulhaq, aged 31, of Upper Rushton Road, Bradford Moor; theft, six months’ conditional discharge, £140 compensation.
Susan Underwood, aged 51, of Back Field, Thornton; assault, £250 fine, £100 compensation, £100 costs. Wayne Martin McMahon, aged 24, of Tenbury Fold, Holme Wood; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offence of assault dealt with, jailed for 12 weeks; original offence of criminal damage dealt with, no separate penalty.
