A parish plan has been updated for the first time in seven years.
The new plan for Cullingworth has been devised after consultation with residents and local organisations.
The plan outlines some of the many improvements in the village since 2004.
It identifies priorities for the future, selected from issues raised by residents at parish council meetings and neighbourhood forums.
Cullingworth was one of the first parishes in the district to produce its own plan, after distributing questionnaires to 1,200 households in 2004.
Achievements since the first plan have included keeping open the public toilets, building affordable housing, reducing anti-social behaviour and installing play equipment. The bowling green has been fenced and has a new pavilion, there is a village website and newsletter and Cullingworth Scarecrow Festival has become an annual event.
