Manningham: single-storey extension to front of existing dwelling, 1 Lilycroft Place. Queensbury: construction of conservatory, timber decking and veranda with wrought iron railing, 20 Cropredy Close. Queensbury: construction of detached garage and conversion of existing integral garage into habitable room, 36 Stone House Drive. Tong: non-material amendment to revise the proposed agricultural access to the west of the site of planning permission 08/01626/FUL dated 07/01/2009: residential development, Booth Holme Farm, 83-83A Westgate Hill Street.
Undercliffe: retrospective application for the installation of the externally mounted roller shutters, Undercliffe Post Office, 10 Harrogate Road. Undercliffe: two extensions to the school building over a two-phase construction programme: phase one, two-storey extension to the north-west aspect including new hall facilities, extended kitchen and ancillary facilities to ground floor with three additional class bases and associated ancillary spaces at first floor level plus revised car parking and pedestrian access; phase two, two-storey extension to the northeast aspect, creating a first floor infill over the existing reception and a two-storey element to the east of this to create a new main entrance and reception lobby, together with new staff and administration areas and four new class bases on the first floor, Peel Park Primary School, Peel Park Drive.
