Bingley: extant of application number 06/07317/FUL, construction of business centre, B1 offices, work live units, nursery and access road and parking, submission of environmental statement. Bingley: installation of a permanent vehicular trackway to serve events space to move equipment to and from back of stage, Myrtle Park, Myrtle Grove. Bingley: rear conservatory and basement extension, Shayburn, Bradford Road.
Burley-in-Wharfedale: construction of single-storey extension to rear to form kitchen and internal alterations, 90 Station Road. Burley-in-Wharfedale: demolition of existing single-storey extension and construction of two-storey extension to provide additional living space and formation of new raised terrace, Briarfield, Moor Lane. Burley-in-Wharfedale: demolition of internal dividing wall between kitchen and dining room, Corn Mill House, Corn Mill Lane.
Cottingley: construction of first and second-floor extension to existing bungalow with raising of boundary wall height to 1.8m, 9 Westwood Crescent. Cottingley: removal of prefabricated garage and construction of two-storey side and rear extension, 59 Beckfield Road. Cullingworth: stable block, 2 Lower Heights Farm, Keighley Road.
Haworth: demolition of disused substation and construction of two-storey residential dwelling including change of use from B2 general industrial to C3(A) dwelling houses, electricity substation, 134 Tim Lane, Changegate. Haworth: demolition of disused substation building, electricity substation, 134 Tim Lane, Changegate.
