Mir Aman, aged 58, of Iqbal Court, Laisterdyke; failure to stop after a road accident, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, no separate penalty; driving without due care and attention, £65 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for four months. Maureen Simpson, aged 40, of St Mary’s Avenue, Wyke; application to amend the requirements of a community order, resentenced for original offence of dishonestly obtaining benefit, 18 months’ community order made. Taukeer Butt, aged 25, of Mount Pleasant Street, Queensbury; possession of cannabis, £100 fine, £100 costs.
Shelley Challoner, aged 49, of Lochy Road, Woodside; failure to provide specimen, £100 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 17 months. Kirk Haywood, aged 21, of Eaglesfield Drive, Woodside; drink-driving, £250 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 14 months. Matthew Lee James, aged 22, of Wenborough Lane, Holme Wood; possession of cannabis, £65 fine, £15 costs. Said Naar, aged 51, of Hillside Terrace, Barkerend; drink-driving, £240 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 20 months.
Robert Anthony O’Reilly, aged 24, of Broadstone Way, Holme Wood; possession of cocaine, £100 fine, £100 costs. Ravinder Narr, aged 25, of Kensington Street, Manningham; failure to comply with community order, order varied with additional 12 hours’ unpaid work. Ian Paul Schofield, aged 51, of Cemetery Road, Lidget Green; failure to comply with community order, order varied with addition of residence requirement. Christopher Robin Whincup, aged 30, of Sheridan Street, East Bowling; failure to comply with community order, order varied with addition of four hours’ unpaid work.
