Apperley Bridge: parent annex extension to existing dwelling, 8 Mitchell Close. Greengates: retention of radio mast and removal of two banner signs, Power Cabs, 919 Harrogate Road.
Keighley: first floor side extension for disabled person, 26-28 Holker Street. Keighley: replacement of existing rear extension and construction of new apex roof, 2 Mount Pleasant, Sandbeds. Keighley: two storey extension to side, 67 Grange Crescent, Riddlesden.
Menston: residential development of maximum 135 dwellings on a phase two allocated site at Bingley Road. Rawdon: construction of extension to existing garage including new blue slate roof, Crow Trees Farm, Apperley Lane. Riddlesden: application for new permission to replace extant planning permission 07/10539/FUL: construction of two semi detached dwellings with parking, land rear of 29 Hospital Road.
Saltaire: replacement of windows and doors, 2 Mary Street. Shipley: construction of single storey extension to north side of building to provide new entrance lobby, new offices and new toilet, refurbishment of existing entrance to create new staffroom with refurbishment of existing staffroom to create an additional classroom, High Crags Primary School, Pratt Lane.
Silsden: amendments to approved house, resubmission of 09/04089/FUL: construction of two houses, garages and alterations to vehicular access, plot B Swartha House Farm, Hawber Lane. Silsden: conversion of old forge to two dwellings, Hainsworth Forge, Hainsworth Road.
Thackley: variation of condition 2 of permission 08/00534/FUL dated 11.07.2008: demolition of existing commercial premises and construction of 32 dwellings, former Moorview Business Park, 628 Leeds Road. Wilsden: residential development of 11 dwellings, Moorside Cottages, Moorside Farm, Wellington Road.
