Bowling: renew an extant planning permission 07/09726/FUL dated 08.02.2008: construction of two residential houses complete with off road parking spaces, land west of 28 Buller Street. Bowling: single storey extension to rear, 95 Dick Lane.
Bradford Moor: construction of a playroom, 144 Silverhill Road. Bradford Moor: two-storey extension to rear with single-storey addition to replace existing and internal alterations, 29 Moor Park Drive. City centre: change of use from shop and first-floor salon/ beauty salon to A3 restaurant use, 8 Tyrrel Street and first floor level at 9-11 Sunbridge Road. City centre: change of use of ground floor and basement to hot food takeaway continued use of upper floors as offices, 15 Ivegate. City centre: new signage to the front and side, 55 Leeds Road.
Clayton: construction of extension to form dwelling, 5 Theakston Mead. Clayton: construction of side, front and rear extension, 23 Westminster Gardens. Clayton: first floor extension and alterations, 64 Bradford Road. Eccleshill: approval of reserved matters following outline approval 09/02691/OUT: construction of three town houses, 41 Intake Road. Eccleshill: provision of parking for local residents and local clubs using football facilities accessed from Mount Avenue, recreation ground, Institute Road.
Girlington: construction of front and rear extension with boundary wall, Rajas, Ingleby Road. Girlington: ground floor extension with access to roof void for storage purposes and new pitched roof above, Aziz Fashions, Lilycroft Road. Girlington: rear extensions to form new kitchens, 54 and 56 Westfield Road.
Great Horton: change of use from vacant offices (class B1) to community centre (class D2) with minor internal and external alterations, Concept Labelling Solutions Limited, The Old Sunday School, Bakes Street. Great Horton: construction of new timber garden fence, 10 Norland Street. Great Horton: external alterations consisting of new window opening, enlarged vehicle entrance and new customer entrance, Star Mills, 7 Longside Lane. Great Horton: new build property consisting of A2 (financial and professional services), former 11 Laisteridge Lane. Great Horton: side dormer window, 26 Welbeck Drive. Great Horton: two storey side and rear extension and loft conversion, 8 Moore View.
