Bachitar Singh, aged 41, of Withins Close, Great Horton; drink-driving, £115 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. Kamran Ahmed, aged 29, of Wheldon Terrace, Barkerend; driving while disqualified, jailed for ten weeks, banned from driving for three months.
Hazel Anne Marsden, aged 27, of Kite Mews, Lower Grange; assault, 12 months’ community order, £100 compensation. Phillip Adam Marsden, aged 21, of Rhodesway, Allerton; assault, 12 weeks’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew, £100 compensation. William Doran, aged 29, of Kendra Way, Barkerend; drunk and disorderly, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £50 costs. Alan McKnight, aged 24, of Paley Road, East Bowling; vehicle interference, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £200 compensation.
Shafiq Shah, aged 25, of Raglan Terrace, Bradford Moor; theft, original offence of theft re-sentenced, jailed for 28 days; commission of further offence while subject to a conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence. Billy Robert Simpson, aged 19, of Haslemere Close, Holme Wood; criminal damage, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £200 compensation. Anthony James Brown, aged 19, of North Road, Wibsey; assault, criminal damage, original offence of criminal damage re-sentenced, jailed for four months; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence. Callum Lee Ellis, aged 19, of Tarnhill Mews, West Bowling; failure to comply with football banning order, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs. Esther Louise Marie Parker, aged 30, of Bankfield Terrace, Baildon; drink-driving, £150 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 24 months. John Lowe, aged 22, of Hapsburg Court, Little Horton; failure to comply with requirements of community order, failure to comply with requirements of suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offences; original offences of assault and touching a woman aged 16 or over re-sentenced, jailed for ten weeks.
