New fitness classes based on Latin dance moves are taking off and members are aiming to raise funds for a charity supporting breast cancer patients.
Zumba classes were set up by Deana Morgan, principal of DM Academy in Shipley, last year.
She said: “The programme fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves, which tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.”
Last year members raised £100 for Breast Cancer Haven, the charity that supported Deana after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006.
