Pupils have been taking part in a living art exhibition.
The Living Gallery, created by Shipley Focus’d, featured 22 pupils of Shipley C of E Primary School.
It was the culmination of a project which started with the children having their photographs taken by photographer Roger Moody.
Each child wrote a sentence explaining why they liked their picture and these slogans were pasted across their portrait, printed as a large poster, and carried in a procession on Saturday along the top parade of shop in Market Square, Shipley.
The children then formed a circle for the shoppers to view the exhibition.
Director of Shipley Focus’d, John Lambert, said: “It went extremely well. It was a very wet and dreary day in Shipley and it brought a real ray of sunshine.
“They got quite a bit of interest from the public, people came out of the shops to have a look.”
The pictures, together with a selection taken at the event, will form the exhibition at Shipley Focus’d, in Market Square, Shipley, from Thursday.
