The future of another well-known Bradford pub is now in the hands of Council planners.
An application has been submitted for the change of use of the Listers Arms pub at 486 Manchester Road, Bradford.
Amjad Ali, of Marshfields, wants to convert the building into a commercial office, with internal alterations.
Bradford Council has put up notices advising residents that the application affects the setting of a listed building.
The application comes just days after the Bradford Area Planning Panel gave the go-ahead for the Winston Churchill Inn, in Wakefield Road, to be demolished.
Planners approved an application by Pitt Wilson Electrical, which wants to expand and build a car park on the pub site.
Opinions on the Listers Arms bid should arrive at the Council’s Planning Service office, at Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW, by Friday, February 11.
