Addingham: construction of single storey rear extension, demolition and rebuild of garage into a kitchen and other internal alterations including new lean to roof over existing flat roof, 71 Moor Park Drive. Addingham: sunroom extension, Town Head Farm, Main Street.

Baildon: shop front modifications, installation of bollards and air conditioning units, Dental Practice, 3 Berry Drive. Baildon: V-shaped advertising sign, Unit 2 Otley Road. Bierley: two blocks of three stables with access, Brogden House Farm, Greenfield Lane.

Bingley: construction of one dwelling at land to south of Four Bays, Four Bays, Keighley Road. Bingley: retrospective application for the retention of advertising signs, Lady Park Nursing Home, Lady Park Avenue. Burley in Wharfedale: front extension to form garage, porch and shower room, 3 Greenfields Way. Cottingley: conversion of first floor storage unit into flat accommodation, Old Sun Garage, Bradford Old Road.

Cottingley: garage conversion to living room, 7 Carnoustie Grove. Crossflatts: installation of a temporary building to form classroom during refurbishment work and then to form a community room with changing facilities for playing field use, Crossflatts Primary School, Morton Lane.

Denholme: change of use from public house to dwelling, including alterations to form pitched roof to side extension, Copper Kettle, Brighouse Road. Gilstead: construction of four detached dwellings with associated road and parking areas, land east of 123 Gilstead Lane. Haworth: first floor extension over existing garage to side to form bedroom with en-suite and extension of living accommodation into part of attached garage, 5 Shepherds Croft.

Idle: variation of condition 13 of planning approval 06/07199/FUL (construction of 31 dwellings) to allow garage on plot 31 to remain as private office/study in accordance with plans submitted 20/12/2010, 2 Far Highfield Close.

Ilkley: construction of fence on an existing stone wall to front and side boundaries with replacement access gate, 2 Ash Street. Ilkley: conversion of existing garage into habitable annexe and car port, 12 Mount Pleasant. Ilkley: single storey extensions, 2 Ashburn Place.

Keighley: construction of extension to make existing bungalow into two storey building, resubmission of 10/00929/HOU, 6 Springfield Court. Keighley: demolish existing conservatory and replace with a garden room, 3 Thurlestone Court, East Morton. Keighley: floodlighting to pallet storage area, Knowle Spring Brewery, Queens Road. Keighley: two storey rear extension and front dormer window, 44 Drewery Road.

Menston: new detached dwelling to rear of property, 11 Cleasby Road. Oakworth: fitting a window, door and walling up of the current garage door, reverting the garage to its original use as a room, bringing it into line with the other cottages on the terrace, 3 Coppy Row, Grey Scar Road.

Oxenhope: re-positioning of 12 existing tenting pods, Upwood Park, Black Moor Road. Shipley: conversion of property into 16 homes in multiple occupancy units, 53 Kirkgate.
