Pupils at Stocks Lane Primary School will perform the opening ceremony at a Queensbury food store following a £150,000 upgrade.
They will cut a ribbon to re-open the Co-operative in High Street on Thursday. To mark the occasion, the Co-op is giving £200 to school funds.
The refitted store will open between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week. Store manager Joanna Midgley said: “I am confident our shoppers will be delighted with our improved store and wider selection of goods which will better meet all their daily grocery needs.”
