Martin Oxley, aged 44, of Maple Avenue, Thornbury; assault, criminal damage, theft, 18 months’ community order made with 150 hours’ unpaid work, £350 compensation. Aaron Pierce, aged 24, of Peterborough Road, Undercliffe; driving without insurance, £525 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed.
Ramzan Shahid, aged 28, of Heathfield Grove, Great Horton; failure to stop after a road accident, £350 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed; failure to report a road accident, driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Rashid Hussain, aged 27, of Cecil Terrace, Great Horton; driving while using a hand-held mobile phone, £175 fine, £165 costs, licence endorsed. Edward Kapuscinsky, aged 36, of Margaret Place; two counts of driving without insurance, £80 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 12 months.
Mark Geoffrey Serrant, aged 38, of Carrbottom Road, Wibsey; drink-driving, £150 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 36 months; speeding, no separate penalty. Susan Ross, aged 51, of Kettlewell Drive, Canterbury; theft, £65 fine, £100 costs. Barry Michael Slaven, aged 29, of Ullswater Drive, Woodside; criminal damage, £65 fine, £100 costs. Gurpal Singh, aged 28, of Sycamore Close, Pollard Park; application to revoke a community order and re-sentenced, granted, re-sentenced for original offences of failing to provide a specimen and driving while disqualified, six months’ community order made.
