Ramzan Shahid, aged 28, of Heathfield Grove, Great Horton; failure to stop after a road accident, £350 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed; failure to report a road accident, driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Rashid Hussain, aged 27, of Cecil Terrace, Great Horton; driving while using a hand-held mobile phone, £175 fine, £165 costs, licence endorsed. Edward Kapuscinsky, aged 36, of Margaret Place; two counts of driving without insurance, £80 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 12 months.

Mark Geoffrey Serrant, aged 38, of Carrbottom Road, Wibsey; drink-driving, £150 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 36 months; speeding, no separate penalty.
