Another church is offering a helping hand to people battling debt.
Skipton Baptist Church is one of more than 700 across the UK that has received training to run a Christians Against Poverty (CAP) course.
Bradford-based CAP has continued to open new centres across the UK and recently expanded its city centre headquarters.
Peter Smith, one of the trained coaches, said: “When we are living through a time of uncertainty, there is a need to learn how to take back control of our money.”
The course will take place at Skipton Children’s Centre in Brougham Street from 7.30pm every Monday.
