Tong: changing use of one room in brewery from storeroom to hospitality room with bar for sale of alcohol, Salamander Brewing Co, Harry Street. Tong: display of two fascia signs, two wall-mounted signs and one totem sign, The Co-operative, 44-46 Broadstone Way.

Wibsey: construction of front side car parking and retaining walls, 11-13 Hutton Road. Woodside: installation of photovoltaic panels to roof of building, land south of Bulmer 7 Lumb Limited, Royds Hall Lane. Wrose: granny annex, 2 Miller Close.

Wyke: renewal of application 08/03961/REM, construction of residential development with ancillary open space and infrastructure, former site of Northern View Hospital, Rooley Avenue. Wyke: construction of single and two-storey rear and side extensions, 21 Wynford Way. Wyke: residential development, 372 Woodside Road. Wyke: construction of rear extension of existing garage with two bedrooms over and internal alterations to provide new en-suite shower room, 7 The Hudson.
