Burley-in-Wharfedale: replacement of caravan with timber pavilion for multifunctional uses for storage, shelter from inclement weather and for sleeping accommodation for the disabled, Wynches Activity Centre, Wynches Moor Lane.
City centre: shop front entrance improvements, Units 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 13 James Street. Cottingley: construction of extensions to 71, 73, 75 and 77 Manorfields, 71, 73, 75, 77 Manorfields, Littlelands.
Denholme: submission of a proposed schedule of conditions under the provision of section 96 and schedule 13 of the Environment Act 1995 to reactivate a dormant minerals planning permission for the winning and working of fireclay granted on April 6, 1960, Far Shay Farm, Brighouse and Denholme Road.
Eccleshill: construction of side extension, entrance canopy and dormer windows to front and rear, 7 Acre Close. Eccleshill: single- storey extension, Royal Hotel, 117 Fagley Road.
Eldwick: construction of detached dormer bungalow with attached garage, land at Farfield Cottage, Glen View Road, access off Southway. Eldwick: detached double garage with playroom over, Moorland House, 3 Willowtree Gardens, Otley Road.
