A youth was rescued from a bedroom window following a house fire in Brighouse today. Firefighters were called to Field Lane, Rastrick, shortly after 11am after receiving reports of a person trapped. A West Yorkshire Fire Service spokesman said: "One male youth was rescued from a first floor bedroom window."
