Anyone who has seen Richard Herring live will know he’s a not-to-be-missed comic treat.
As one half of Lee and Herring, with comic partner Stewart Lee, Richard starred in BBC2’s Fist Of Fun and This Morning With Richard Not Judy, as well as Radio 4’s Banter and Radio 2’s That Was Then This Is Now.
Earlier this year he toured his show, Richard Herring: Hitler Moustache, in which he tried to reclaim the aforementioned style of moustache.
Next March, he’ll be in Bradford with his show Christ On A Bike, a former Edinburgh Festival hit.
Richard reflects on solitude, why you must sometimes walk alone and whether fantasies are best left unfulfilled.
If it’s inventive, original and side-splittingly funny stand-up you’re after, Richard Herring is your man.
Richard Herring, Christ On A Bike, is at the Alhambra Studio on Thursday, March 10 at 8pm. For tickets, ring (01274) 432000.
