Known on the streets as Amber, Suzanne Blamires, 36, lived only a short distance away from Shelley Armitage in Bradford and the two women knew each other.
Described as bright and articulate, Miss Blamires had started to train as a nurse after leaving school.
But in common with Griffiths’ other two victims, Miss Blamires, of Barkston Walk, Allerton, turned to prostitution to fund her problems with drugs and alcohol.
Speaking after her death, her mother Nicky Blamires, 54, said her daughter had been at pains to hide her lifestyle from her family with whom she kept in close touch.
Mrs Blamires said: “Unfortunately my daughter went down the wrong path and she did not have the life she was meant to have."
