Keighley: sign board to promote car sharing fixed to two free standing posts, Bradford Road, outside number 149.
Menston: construction of residential development comprising eight dwellings, land south of 112 Bradford Road. Menston: construction of two storey extension to side and single storey extension to rear, Way Lea, 2 Brooklands Lane. Oakworth: conservatory to rear of property, 5 Woodlands Mill Lane.
Queensbury: non-material amendment to permission 10/01302/FUL dated 22/06/2010 (construction of 14 dwellings plus associated external works) to: replace brindle setts with tarmac to the adopted mews court, land north of Cooper House, 80 Cooper Lane. Shipley: construction of 45 new dwellings, land off Gaisby Lane. Shipley: installation of solar photovoltaic panels onto roof of school building, Low Ash Primary School, Wrose Road. Shipley: rear extension to children’s nursery, Ashmoor Day Nursery, 17 Ashfield Road. Shipley: retrospective planning application to erect lighting columns and floodlights, land south of units 1-6 Station Road.
Undercliffe: new build to create fitness suite, mini bus garage and storage, Feversham College, Cliffe Road. Undercliffe: retrospective application for building works with changes to side and rear extension, 2 Undercliffe Lane. Wibsey: single storey kitchen and dormer extension to rear and loft conversion comprising two bedrooms, 22 Hawes Drive.
Wyke: change existing two bedroom semi detached property back to its original state of two, one bedroom back to back houses, 14 Pyrah Street. Wyke: dormer to rear, 60 Elizabeth Street. Wyke: single storey side and rear extension, 60 Elizabeth Street.
