Police in the district have increased efforts to catch and deter drink drivers in the run-up to Christmas.
Dozens of motorists have been given random breath tests in a bid to stop boozed-up motorists driving.
Wibsey and Queensbury are the latest areas to be targeted by police, with arrests made and cars seized.
And West Yorkshire Police are warning that more anti-drink driving operations will be conducted over Christmas.
Last Friday, police stopped 42 vehicles in Wibsey and gave drivers random breath tests. During the operation, two vehicles were seized and one driver was reported for failing to stop.
On Saturday, police targeted the Queensbury area, stopping 26 vehicles and breathalysed the drivers.
Officers in the Airedale and North Bradford division this week started their own seasonal crackdown. As well as enforcement patrols keeping an eye on revellers they will also be watching for unregulated taxis. They will also breathalyse any drivers who are stopped.
Superintendent Gary Baker, deputy commander of Airedale and North Bradford Police, said “Due to the seasonal increase in alcohol consumption around this time of year we regularly get a higher level of calls from communities in Bradford, Bingley and Keighley and are acting now to make sure we will have appropriate resources in place.’’ l A man was arrested on suspicion of driving over the prescribed limit for alcohol on Saturday following a car crash that left four people in hospital on the Aire Valley trunk road .
