The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Ilkley: non-material amendment to approval 07/03441/FUL (reconstruction and extension of existing coach house to form detached dwelling) to change the type of sash windows and panes, Coach House Cottage, 33 Parish Ghyll Road. Ilkley: renewal of components of the existing structure, including replacement windows, rooflights and dormer windows, Westwood Lodge, Wells Road.

Keighley: 2.4m high security fencing, Our Lady of Victories Catholic Primary School, Guard House Road. Keighley: change of use of former tool/plant hire depot to use as depot for the storage, sale and fitting of motor vehicle products and MOT centre, 56 South Street. Keighley: change of use of Grape Street to incorporate it within the curtilage of the adjoining industrial premises and erection of palisade fencing, Grape Street. Keighley: conversion of existing two storey semi-detached dwelling back into two separate two storey dwelling and dilapidated workshop into two storey detached dwelling, 81 Wesley Place, Halifax Road.

Keighley: residential development of up to four dwellings, land south of 2-10 Royd Lane. Keighley: retrospective application for raising level of back garden, 16 Shann Avenue. Keighley: single storey garage, Crag Bottom Farm, Cragg Bottom Road, Oldfield. Menston: first floor development mainly over existing ground floor flat roof area to the rear of existing bungalow, 15 Station Road.

Queensbury: construction of two storey side extension, paved front drive and 2.0m boundary fence, 2 Hainsworth Moor View. Queensbury: refurbishment of existing derelict property to include the following: removal and replacement of external windows and doors, reinstatement of stone mullions to existing window openings, turning of existing roof slates and fixing of new breathable felt/timber slating battens, removal of existing render and replacement with either existing stone finish below or new lime render, alterations to chimney stack and new internal joinery, fixtures and fittings, 47 Shibden Head Lane.

Woodside: extension to garage to form MOT bay, Abscott Commercials, St Abbs Garage, 466 Halifax Road. Woodside: reduction of units approved under planning permission 08/02281/FUL from 123 dwellings to 98 dwellings with associated car parking and landscaping, land at Royds Hall Lane.

Wyke: construction of four three-bedroom, semi-detached dwellings, land adj to Wyke Christian Fellowship, The Church of the Holy Innocents, Town Gate. Wyke: renewal of planning approval 07/08667/OUT dated 15.02.2008: construction of two detached dwellings with garages, 72 Rooley Crescent. Wyke: variation of condition 4 of permission 09/00639/COU dated 07.04.2009: change of use to offices (B1), to read “outside the hours of 6.00 until 22.00 Monday to Friday and Saturdays 7.30 until 17.00”, Low Moor Community Centre, Terry Road.
